Forced scam.

They purposely make the minimum slightly more than the parking meter to squeaze more out of you. Total hoax and you have no option.

Predatory Ticketing Practices

Insecure app, poor privacy policy, careful whenever parking in their lots.

They will ticket your car for $35 for minor infractions with little to no grace period. It is technically within their right to do so, but dishonest and unfair. Whenever using one of their lots (which I don’t recommend) pay parking immediately or they will ambush your car with an infraction. Don’t bother appealing if they do, it will be rejected.
