This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. Added a widget! You no longer have to launch the app to see the countdown. Just swipe over from the home screen to view the widget. Tap on the widget to open the app and change your settings.

Exactly What I Needed

This app is perfect. I was looking for a simple pregnancy tracker to keep up with what week I'm on. Nothing telling me what size fruit the baby is or dispensing cheesy advice. All the other pregnancy apps seem to require me to supply my email and create a login. So annoying! This one is great. I love the simplicity.
