I am ecstatic to announce that I adore duffl delivery. Other than the fact that some might crash on the scooters on the occasion and drop some of my yerbas, the delivery people are so kind and deserve a humongous raise.
Customer service is horrible
They always forget something and one time they delivered a product that was opened. Each time I reach out to customer service they force you to text them and when you do they never respond.
They don’t let u cancel an order
I accidentally pressed order and they didn’t let me cancel it and i lost $16. Snag is way better

Reliable and so useful for college towns
College student, went to UCSB + UC Berkeley and I’m SO happy duffl exists because the 10 minute delivery window is a real lifesaver sometimes. They also write such fun little notes on the bags every time and I’ve had multiple times where I have laughed out loud because of how funny they are!!!!
