App’s Operation
So Pretty much unusable I try to order online for a location and it immediately sends me back to what time i want to pick it up restart the app doesnt work oh but ordering at a location 60 miles away works just fine??? dont get it

Terrible to use! Glitches out at checkout and won’t allow the confirm button to go any further. Exit to go back in and the cart is empty!!!!

Locks up, bad UX
Placed an order for a later time. After adding in mvp points and selecting cc as payment I got a popup saying that I needed to pick a later pickup time, which wouldn’t have been an issue except the stupid D logo animation was floating on the app, disabling the entire app. Waste of my time; had to call in the order.

Hire a Product Manager
The concept/App has an awesome potential, but you need to put the responsibility to the customer to pickup the card and register themselves, let them download the app, enter the card number, do everything themselves, then when used, the store scan it, all good. Today my Duffy’s need to do the registration, I gave my email, DOB, details at least 5 times, and cannot register in the app, error always, coming back, provide the Card to them… I do not exist…. this is a failure. Please reverse the registration process, let me do it all, make it usable.

Good and Drink
Every time we go to Duffy’s the food is exceptionally delicious and the beet always cold. I’ve had salads, wings and burgers and they always taste the best.
Great bartender
I have friends in from England , decided to take them into my favorite bar , had a great night , Dave the bartender was great as usual , made us all feel welcome , they want to go back Tomorrow night :) Laurence England

While in Boca Raton we stopped at Duffys for a bite and a beer. Our bartender Dave was polite and friendly during our visit. He was attentive and answered all our questions about the menu. We will definitely be back and will certainly look for Dave!

I had a Duffy’s card but it is not working any more so I decided to register again through the app. When I get to the drop down for location it is empty and I cannot register.

Went with my sister for a late lunch. It was 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon. We were greeted and seated immediately by the friendliest people. Our server, Anthony, was fabulous. His suggestions were right on. I had the California Chicken sandwich which was awesome. My sister had your every day cheeseburger but this burger was “superb” in her opinion. Drinks were never empty, we didn’t have to look for Anthony at all as he was on top of his game. Knew exactly how to treat a customer. Such a kind and polite young man. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment more often. The prices were very decent. Total bill including 2 round of drinks was only $55. I recommend Duffy’s. It gets very busy around 5:00 so if you don’t like crowds, go earlier.

Super Helpful!!!! This app makes check in a breeze!
This app not only knows where I am and the nearest Duffy’s location it also keeps track of all my points and purchase history. I love the delivery app as well!!
Good App But It Could Be Great
Duffy’s is a great restaurant that has really good food in a relaxed sports bar atmosphere. Great drinks compliment the good food. And the MVP program is actually really awesome if you frequent the restaurant. The app is a nice touch. It helps keep track of your rewards and points with the delivery option as a definite plus. It’s a good app but it could be great if you updated the menu to reflect your in store specials as well as adding tracking for deliveries. It’s annoying having to call in to find out where my order is when the driver doesn’t arrive within the delivery window.

Useless App - JUST USE THE CARD!!!!
Resetting password doesn't work, horribly unreliable app. Point data off by 25%. Why did you people write this crappy code???? Use the card and save the frustration.
