Something wrong with the app
My ride stolen
Location lagging.
Initial location was wrong. Had to call and correct the address.
Good App
I’ve used this application for several years and never had a problem with the application or Duffys.
Useless if ever deleted
If you ever delete this app for any reason you will NEVER able to access it again. Once you re-download the app it will always say your email is already in use and you’ll never be able to use it again. Skip this and use another option.
Checking for available drivers…
If you like staring at a loading screen that reads “Checking for available drivers” for ten minutes then this app is definitely for you! 🤨

Amazing app with one annoying flaw
Great app and service. Simple, works well and much better than the Uber app.
Two requests:
1. Please add the ability to add a tip after the trip has ended. I don’t think it’s fair to ask for a tip before having a chance to judge the trip. Restaurants don’t do it this way. Uber doesn’t either.
2. (Stretch goal) Could you add better compatibility when using it from different time zones? If I’m in an earlier time zone (EST) it doesn’t do the conversion to CST. It also doesn’t allow a pick up to be scheduled in the “past” even though it would net the future in Winnipeg time. It would help me to book for family members when I’m out of province.

Awful Wait Times
I had to call support and someone finally decided to pick my request just to cancel it and put me back in the waiting pool?? I even had it pre booked 45 minutes in advance

Drivers and support sucks
Tried to book a cab, 8 times and all those bookings got cancelled by the system. Once I booked for the 9th time, the app said the driver arrived only for me to realize the bozo of a driver decided to take other people than the person who booked it. Thanks to that driver that I had to take the bus home with heavy bags and tons of pop.
Support needs to do a better job and has to have better kindness and understanding rather than just hanging up on their customers.

Good app
It’s nice to be able to book a taxi ahead of time and know when it arrives. My only complaint is that right off the but it wants to book a ride. When you want to review your scheduled ride it is a little hard to locate where it is. Make the pull down menu a little bigger and easier to find.

It was great ride with Duffy’s Taxis . From me 10/10
Your taxi drivers are Bunch of thieves
Tell your taxi drivers to stop trying to steal money or make passengers pay more for fares and refuse to give receipt because they put in the amount. Next time I use Duffy’s going forward I’m going to start recording them.

You better have a new email address ready if you ever change phone numbers cause it asks for your phone number first!
(Everyone complaining about Duffy’s service on here is getting it wrong. You are rating the APP not Duffy’s in general. If you got issues with a specific ride you should give em a call directly to air your issues)
