Don’t pay attention
When we told them that one of our accounts have been hacked and it was linked to our bank account, they said they lock the account up. But that was a lie they kept allowing people to take the money. So do not believe them.
App never works when you need
They’ve recently updated the app, aesthetically it looks nice but when I need to view my statements or review any of my information it gives errors. There have been so many issues since the update. Unfortunate.

App is hard to navigate, I am having extreme issues using app to link any of my pay pal accounts or Venmo along with linking it to my personal bank account. Shame that it’s clunky and I have to go through my personal bank account to link it to du good. I am about to close this business account and move to another bank.

This app is almost as inconvenient as the bank. No way to reset your password. Lousy customer service.

Fix your app
Errors every time I try to open it up recently.. Error message pops up as soon as I open app.. Take multiple tries to get logged in. Once in the app still receive errors and actions take several times before they can be completed..
