Constant App crashes
I use this app to make mobile deposits on a regular basis. Ever since the newest update, while I’m taking photos of the check to be processed, it’ll go black. Then have to back out of the app and or delete it and redownload it again. It’s becoming very annoying for something that was just easy.

Notifications
Can’t get rid of the notifications that show on home screen on the app icon. It’s annoying but overall a decent experience for online banking.
Site is Great
I have been a SunEast customer for some time. The website is easy to use and straightforward. Customer service through the call center can be more miss than hit. Compared to other CU I’ve used I’d give this on 3.7/ 5 stars based on current customer service encounters and the implementation of new terms.

Many Hacks
My account has been hacked several times which is thoroughly annoying, but each time I go into the Upper Darby, PA branch I’m graciously welcomed and served with compassion! I love going there even a stressful situation!
