App so good, I have to delete it after using to stop ordering food! Love the customer service and quick feedback. They can just work on the map, sometimes it’s glitches and it’s hard to track the driver.

Bought chocolates and the ones they delivered in about to expire in 3 months. It has been in there shelfs for almost 1 year and same item is delivered to me. Will never recommend this supermarket.

It takes an hour-90mins longer for food to arrive from the app compared to direct ordering from the restaurants which takes 30-40mins, the prices charged from the app are very high compared to actual stores

Extremely poor service every time from this company, save yourself the hassle and avoid downloading the App. Other service providers are much better than Duka Direct.

You can automatically pay with card, search for any dish or restaurant and the app shows you what you have ordered previously from the same Resturant making it very easy to ordered what you liked again.
