Can’t pull up my alumni card which is the main reason to have the app.

You can’t actually use this app, everything has to be through the website… considering how much tuition is you’d think they’d update this

Problems with this app
The app says I am not authorized to use this app, without knowing anything about me but my phone, which has Apple’s latest version. I can’t download the app, even though I’m an alum, and when I click on “I need help” it jumps to an unrelated page.
The App is Very Buggy
The most commonly encountered phrase in the app is: “You are not authorized to perform this operation.” That seems to include the “operation” of logging in. So there is not much utility to the app.
Duke recently is highlighting use of the app for discounts in Duke Stores. Apart from not being able to access the discount for the reason above, there is a more general problem that Duke Stores seems to assume that students and alumni are not interested in items not related to sports. There are no items in the store related to many of Duke’s schools, and for the schools that are included in merchandise, the selection is pretty thin. The assumption appears to be that school spirit comes only from sports.

Terrible experience
This is not the exp you see from a reputed uni. Unable to sign in using Google cos google says that App browser is not secure. The app goes blank at almost every action.

Constant errors with logging in
This app is in need of an overhaul. I am rarely able to login- I receive an error almost every time.
On the rare occasion that I’m able to get into the app, there are errors with accessing my QR code for scanning. Sadly, a complete fail.
Please address these issues.

Can’t believe this is a Duke product
It crashes too often when trying to log in. I have a Duke OneID and the logon keeps forcing me to use Facebook or another logon. My credentials are good, but have to go logon via a laptop to gain access. The app functionality is primitive and problem-prone.
Directory Shows Basically Nothing
You’d expect to see full alumni directory information for individuals when looking them up in this app. You would be wrong. You need to open a computer and go to the website to find that information.
Fix it or take it down
It can’t take 3 years to fix an app!!! Every login atempt errored out!!!

Every login attempt using app brings “error” message. No problem with website Alumni login.

Keeps telling me that the browser doesn’t support the login. So this is useless.

Won’t open cleanly on its Sign In page; instead produces a “Network Error” message on iOS 11.2.6. App then completely unusable.

Long awaited- this app puts all of the benefits and information from Duke Alumni Affairs at your fingertips. It's outstanding!
More convenient!
Love that I can track my remaining visits at the gym. I don't have to hunt around for my card to get discounts at the Duke Store, too!
