Unable to log in?
Have tried all the troubleshooting I can— not able to log in with my PennKey.
Unable to login
I’m unable to log in to the app even after deleting and reinstalling.
Needs bug fixing
I think the recent update did this. App on IPhone 8 doesn’t seem to be functioning or running. It just won’t open.

We sincerely apologize for this. We released an update with new features for iOS 13 that inadvertently broke the app for users on previous versions of iOS. This will never happen again. Updating the app should resolve the issue. If not, or if you encounter any other issues, please reach out at contact@pennmobile.org.
Love the app but one major problem
This is a great app, but it makes me log in with my PennKey every time I open the app which gets really annoying. If this is fixed it’d be perfect!
