Needs bug fixing

I think the recent update did this. App on IPhone 8 doesn’t seem to be functioning or running. It just won’t open.

We sincerely apologize for this. We released an update with new features for iOS 13 that inadvertently broke the app for users on previous versions of iOS. This will never happen again. Love the app but one major problem

This is a great app, but it makes me log in with my PennKey every time I open the app which gets really annoying. If this is fixed it’d be perfect!

Can’t log in

This app is good and clearly took a lot of work to create. However, it worked great for the first half of fall 2019, then it kept prompting me to log in near the end of that semester. Now, it’s the beginning of spring 2020, and I cannot log in without first checking in as guest, and even then, the app does not save my log in after I exit the app. Please fix the bugs!

Super useful app

Jacob put a lot of effort into designing this app and I default to using it for laundry, reserving rooms, and checking on dining hours. Makes student life 10x easier

Could use a little more

Great interface but it would be nice if it also included fitness center hours and building directory of campus.

Need to Update

Every time you open it there's a pop up that says it can't connect to the API, have to click through five or ten times. Crashes all the time, sometimes just doesn't work at all. Sometimes it doesn't have the proper information for a dining hall, or won't show any at all. Just please fix the API and update it so the info's all right and the app stops crashing.

Annoying pop up

When you open the app, a popup appears with the message "Couldn't Connect to API - We couldn't connect Penn's API. Some (or all) data may be unavailable. Please try again later." Every time you click OK it just pops instantly up again. After like 5 clicks it goes away though and you can use the app. It's mildly annoying and it should be fixed. Besides that, the app is really helpful and the design is nice as well.

Helpful

Very helpful when it works, especially for freshman or if you're new to campus. However, it never loads, and frequently says it cannot connect to the server leaving it useless

Lots of great services all in one place

Now I don’t have to go to the crappy PennInTouch website to see where my courses are and what’s available for the semester. And now I can know not to go to Commons when they are serving plastic chicken. Sick.

What we really needed!

It has all the functions that penn students need!! The best app, easy to use, and has all the information that you might wanna know about Penn (to live on campus(:!!) love it!❤️
