Unusable/without any rewards
The Dunn Bros rewards program app is completely unusable. I have been able to gather zero rewards since you switched to the new app. It makes me want to stop going there even though we love the coffee and have been loyal customers. When making a Dunn bros purchase, the app does not allow us (or the barista even) to enter the purchase to get any reward points. The app literally has one star as its rating at the App Store. I brought it up with Dun Bros employees and they just laugh and agree that it’s bad but don’t do anything. Can you please make this right before you lose all your loyal costumers?

I don’t love it.
I don’t like that you can’t save your card information, so I have to enter it in each time.
Worse reward points
The rewards are much worse now. It wouldn’t let me get my birthday in correctly and I didn’t get a free drink when I signed up. Disappointed. This is the 3rd app I’ve used for Dunn Brothers and it feels like they keep getting worse. I love our local DB, but the app makes me want to earn free coffee at other local shops.

Worse than the old one
I really wanted this new app to be an improvement but it is a miss. Not only is it clumsy to scroll through and search for what you want, but it doesn’t record points correctly either. One of the biggest flaws in my opinion is that it does not save payment options, so ordering ahead takes longer than ordering in person. Luckily the coffee is good enough to keep me coming back.

Terrible App!
The old Dunn App was not great, but way better than this new one. I have lost many points due to the app not recording points and cannot enter points after a purchase with a valid receipt. Do better Dunn. You are going to lose customers due to this poor service!
Liked the old one more
Really doesn’t feel like a polished app. The old one was better. This one always has issues processing online payments no matter the method or card used, turning a simple order ahead into a whole ordeal. Disappointing, as I really enjoy their breakfast foods.
Not working
Not able to do anything within the app…it can’t even find locations near me even there is one less than 2 miles away. I can’t see any rewards or way to order in the app. I miss the old version!
Zero stars
As other reviews say there is no way to scan receipts. I try to enter manually but it doesn’t take. The app is very klutzy. Why can’t you scan the payment (gift card) and get the credit for the transaction in the rewards section.
Issues with Using Rewards…
The app seems to be more user friendly than the old one but I’m already running into issues with it. I received a free birthday drink but then when trying to use it, it disappeared from my account and said it did not exist. I ended up going to a different coffee shop because I can’t use the current app and I am unable to use the old rewards app at any locations near me.

Train wreck
How do you screw up something “new” up badly. 1st time signed up with Red app. Got coupon for $3 off 1st drink. Nice girl waiting on me says I can’t use that , get the white app. I do. No $3 off. Plus some of the visuals on the white app cover things up making hard to login to app. WTH
DOES NOT WORK!
I have tried for months to sign up with this new app. Everytime it emails me a code for signup, I put the code in & it says, “Invalid OTP”. Their the h people can’t figure it out when I call. Complete garbage. The old app worked great!
Dunn Brothers App—-NO
App doesn’t work. Keeps asking for location but in setting location is not an option. Also no way to scan receipts. What is happening-at least the old app worked for the scanning and getting the “reward”.
Doesn’t Work
New app doesn’t work. I can’t even get signed up. Every time I try to enter the one time passcode sent to my email, it tells me the passcode is invalid.

Are we all just beta testing an app or something? This is real bad. Scanning receipts doesn’t work and now they upped the $$$ amount to get a free drink to $170? Even the baristas seem apologetic in trying to get me to download this. Seems like they should’ve done some more product testing before releasing this…

How can anyone release an app that doesn’t work. Then does an update that breaks it more.

Terrible rewards system
On the emails and news on the old app it said this new app and rewards system would be better. It is much worse. You now have to spend $170 to get a free $8 drink. In the old app you had to spend $120 which I already thought was a lot. Now its $50 more. It also claims you will get a free drink after your first purchase which did not happen. I want the old app back. What about this is better?

Worst app ever
New app doesn’t work. When you download the new app, it doesn’t look anything like the pictures that you see and they download area. It takes you to location. And it shows you locations that are nowhere near where you live or are you cannot tell it not to use it only during When you’re using the app you have to let it know in your settings to use it all times. And even when you do that, it just takes you back to location and it shows your locations again that are nowhere near you and that’s it. You can’t do anything else with the app other than seeing locations at either are or are not near you. Terrible. You would think it would’ve been beta tested or something before they launched it.
