“token not found” when attempting to order
i’ve had very mixed experiences with this app, and currently i cannot use it at all. i cannot place any orders despite being able to in the past with the same card information.
Glitch app
I can’t sign up, it’s so glitch. Worst app I ever used in my life
Functionality is Non- functional
Lost all me points from previous purchases because the app kept “glitching”. No one in my local Dunn store in Duluth MN did a thing to help, either.
Didn’t save my points
Other than the app just not having as clean as a design as the last it took my points, and made me create a new account. Also coming from a design standpoint the front page is super cluttered and the top page icons are small, making it not a user-friendly design what so ever. I think this app is getting such bad feedback because a lot of us don’t have our rewards anymore/had to create a new account. Your silly if you think we are gonna spend $9 just to get a free drink for downloading the app…. when you took our rewards we had on our accounts previously. Good luck because it seems a lot of us aren’t doing business with you all anymore!

Loved it until checkout
I’ve been trying different coffee shops around me and I was excited to try this one out and the ease of customization was fairly nice. I got my order prepared, made and account, and when I went to checkout I realized I needed an actual physical card. Most websites let you pay with Google/Apple Pay and every other food service app I have used has as well. That has been a basic feature for years now and if it ever gets added I will definitely update my review, but as it stands I can’t say I’m happy with an app that doesn’t have access to one of the most common forms of payment.

UGH
This is so disappointing because I genuinely love Dunn Bros. The location I visit is fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and amazing. This review is solely about the app not the coffee shop itself.
Unfortunately, the app has been nothing but frustrating:
1. I've never been able to activate any of the deals they email me.
2. Somehow I recently lost all of my reward points after struggling to earn enough for a reward in the first place.
3. When I tried to submit a help ticket to report these issues, the app wouldn't even let me do that.
4. I've also never been able to place a carryout order because the app won't add items to my cart no matter how many times I try.
At this point, the app is practically unusable. I love Dunn Bros and will keep supporting my local shop, but the app seriously needs attention. It's incredibly frustrating when the loyalty program and ordering features simply don't work.

Payment issues
App keeps generating transaction declined errors when submitting payments. It seems like the API is sending multiple requests with the payment information and thus credit cards are being declined instantaneously. Closing, updating refreshing, app and phone does not resolve this issue.
Nothing Works
Birthday rewards disappeared while making an order and never came back. Many drink when you select them “don’t exist”. Tried to write feedback on the app of my complaints and that didn’t even work. Everything about this app is horrible and now I’m not going to go.
So many issues
I have had so many issues with the new app. I was waiting to review to see if it got better the last couple month but now its been 3 days of me not even being able to place an order. This is not the first time it just didn’t even allow me to place an order. It took me months for it to save my payment information and doesn’t have Apple Pay. Even when it’s working properly the set up for adding items to order is not user friendly.

Worse reward points
Updating my review to say that I am no longer deceiving points for when I scan. Just paid $25 for a box of coffee and my reward pints didn’t change (this was 2 days ago).
The rewards are much worse now. It wouldn’t let me get my birthday in correctly and I didn’t get a free drink when I signed up. Disappointed. This is the 3rd app I’ve used for Dunn Brothers and it feels like they keep getting worse. I love our local DB, but the app makes me want to earn free coffee at other local shops.

Seems Okay For Me
Unfortunately I had to make a new account since when I entered my email it kept saying "user does not exist," but that wasn't a big deal to me. I'm able to use it just fine, locations near me pop up and I can order easily. I kinda feel bad for the app developer with all the really harsh wording in the negative reviews, hope you guys are doing okay and getting it figured out now, best of luck! ❤️

Unusable/without any rewards
The Dunn Bros rewards program app is completely unusable. I have been able to gather zero rewards since you switched to the new app. It makes me want to stop going there even though we love the coffee and have been loyal customers. When making a Dunn bros purchase, the app does not allow us (or the barista even) to enter the purchase to get any reward points. The app literally has one star as its rating at the App Store. I brought it up with Dun Bros employees and they just laugh and agree that it’s bad but don’t do anything. Can you please make this right before you lose all your loyal costumers?

I don’t like that you can’t save your card information, so I have to enter it in each time.

Worse than the old one
I really wanted this new app to be an improvement but it is a miss. Not only is it clumsy to scroll through and search for what you want, but it doesn’t record points correctly either. One of the biggest flaws in my opinion is that it does not save payment options, so ordering ahead takes longer than ordering in person. Luckily the coffee is good enough to keep me coming back.

Terrible App!
The old Dunn App was not great, but way better than this new one. I have lost many points due to the app not recording points and cannot enter points after a purchase with a valid receipt. Do better Dunn. You are going to lose customers due to this poor service!

Really doesn’t feel like a polished app. The old one was better. This one always has issues processing online payments no matter the method or card used, turning a simple order ahead into a whole ordeal. Disappointing, as I really enjoy their breakfast foods.
Not working
Not able to do anything within the app…it can’t even find locations near me even there is one less than 2 miles away. I can’t see any rewards or way to order in the app. I miss the old version!
Zero stars
As other reviews say there is no way to scan receipts. I try to enter manually but it doesn’t take. The app is very klutzy. Why can’t you scan the payment (gift card) and get the credit for the transaction in the rewards section.
