I reached out to Depay's support team for assistance with this issue, and instead of helping me, they began interrogating me about my reasons for wanting to create an account and how I planned to use it. Excuse me? Since when does an app's support team need to know my life story to let me sign up? It's utterly ridiculous and makes no sense whatsoever. So, if you enjoy being excluded and interrogated, then Depay is the app for you. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere for a truly inclusive and customer-friendly experience.
