About
Keep the Quran you have memorised.
Durra is a few quiet minutes of revision a day. Recite an ayah from memory, reveal it, and say how it went. Ayahs you needed come back tomorrow, and firm ones wait longer. Each day is capped and starts with the weakest ayahs, so no day piles up.
THE WAY HUFFAZ REVISE
- New, recent and old lanes keep your sabaq, sabqi and manzil apart.
- See the week ahead before it arrives.
- Revise each ayah on its own page of the Madinah mushaf, with the ayahs around it, or one ayah at a time at a larger size.
- Tap any word you slipped on and take the list to your teacher.
COMING BACK AFTER YEARS
- Tell Durra you memorised before. It starts small, lets you read each ayah once before you recall it, and brings back the weakest first.
YOUR HOUSEHOLD
- Create a family and share its code. Your children's Durra Kids practice appears next to your own revision. Your own revision stays private.
QUIET BY DESIGN
- No ads. Your revision is never sold.
- Silent recall. Nothing is recorded.
- Works offline after the first download.
- Quran text from the Tanzil Project (tanzil.net), used unchanged.
- You rate your own recall. It is not tajweed grading and it does not replace your teacher.
Durra means pearl: the thing you keep.

What's New in Durra
1.1.0
October 24, 2026
A new look for Durra. Revise each ayah on its own Madinah mushaf page, or one ayah at a time at a larger size. New, recent and old lanes keep your sabaq, sabqi and manzil apart. See the week ahead, tap any word you slipped on, and come back gently after years with revival mode. Durra also looks better on iPad.
