Баг в начале игры

Как только заставка прошла и персонаж появился «на территории дома» , появился баг с рюкзаком , показано что рюкзак полон , хотя по факту он пуст , ничего не понятно что делать в этой ситуации , поддержка не отвечает. Инструкций , краткого описания о базовых моментах нет , разбирайся сам называется . Очень жаль , но придется удалить игру

Не запускается

Скачала игру сегодня , но никак не получается войти . Написано « подготовка к обновлению» и вылетает из игры . Перезагружала айпад и переустанавливала приложение , вай фай в порядке. В чём именно проблема ?

The game is awesome but, Feb 28 the game has bugs for a few days. I farmed trees and I should have over 500 but it says I have 298

So it’s an amazing game - awesome graphics and cool gameplay…but if I leave the game for more than 3 days, for some reason it keeps kicking me out and forcing me to restart, even when I’m signed into my Apple account, which is meant to save my progress - it just keeps restarting every 3 or so days of being inactive. I have a busy life and sometimes forget but I always come back and it always restarts and it’s starting to get a bit annoying.

Not bad

It’s not a bad game. No ads so I love that. I can’t figure out how to join battles. My warmth doesn’t give me what it should. I should have gotten 5 but it only gave me 3, second time that has happened. Other than that this is the best survival game ever.

"Network error" is displayed, and the bug that forcibly logs out remains.

Although the name seems to be problematic for this Internet environment, it is a bug that occurs with multiple players at the same time.

In conclusion, it is not a problem on the player's side, but a bug that occurs when the load increases within the game app. There is no announcement to solve it.
