I have played this game for so long and there is no better idle phone game, the ability to get resources without money while having the option to pay for more resources quickly is awesome, the ad mechanics where it is entirely optional but very beneficial is done so perfectly. Every new dragon that is introduced is so cool and the designs are so nice. The events are also such a good way to get certain resources that may take more time to get with other resources. Its just the most perfect phone game ever. Theres a reason people like myself have never stopped playing, even though I miss the days when it was hard to lose a race rather than win it. CHANGE NOTHING!

System Issues
I love this game but continuous freezing up crashing. Support has been contacted so many times by so many players and it just is not getting fixed. We have lost numerous coins event points and gems due to these issues.
Over 20 times trying to breed one dragon
I’ve been playing this game everyday for about two years and always able to breed the pair recommended for a new dragon but ever since I bought the twilight tower and the weather station I can’t breed anything new, there is no clear instruction on how to use these stations. Also, I’ve been breeding the same recommended pairings for 3 weeks in a row. Can this be explained? Or fixed?

Good game but i haven’t got alot of my gems.
I used to play dragonvale when i was little and i got it back to enjoy it once more but ive done the offer wall to get gems and it didnt give me all of them and only a few. Also when i broke the piggy bank a few minutes ago it only gave me the gift and no gems.
charged me WAY too much
I've been playing dragonvale since I was a little kid, and I just recently downloaded it again because my family members still play it, and I was bored. I made a purchase of $4.99, and obviously tax comes with it too—but I was charged $8.45. Huh..? I'm a teenager so I have like NO money, but thank god that was actually in my account. I have nowhere to get actual support because the emails aren't being monitored, and the website is trash because you can't get a hold of an actual person. Just refund me the whole thing atp. The game is JUST a waiting game. You have to be the most patient person on the planet or pay to win.
