Received one gig using this platform and now it is silent for a whole year

Not enough artist control
So I love the idea of the app. I never heard of it until 1 single venue told me I needed it in order to book there. I get what you’re trying to do with keeping everything internal but not having any way for artists to a) search for venues and “apply” or b) mark ourselves unavailable on days in the calendar is a burden. Totally understand if you don’t want non registered venues inadvertently advertised via the calendar but let us block out days or even time slots. That way venues can see if we’re booked already or not.

No phone for customer service when you won’t listen to your customers how in the world can you be providing what they want and need? Articles for help are usually not helpful or correct. I cannot find apply buttons on business websites under events or calendars, no list of businesses using dusk so you can apply to them. I don’t see how the review can be real they seem fake.

Solid way to manage bookings and payments with venues
I’ve been using BeatGig as a musical artist, and I have found that it is a solid all-in-one platform for scheduling gigs and receiving payments. It is easy to navigate and is connected seamlessly with other platforms (email, bank accounts, etc). I initially had a little trouble setting up my account, but the customer service was very helpful and attentive in getting those issues resolved and understanding my needs. This is a great app!

Great App - Easy to use
I’ve been using the BeatGig/Dusk app for a while and it has completely changed the way I manage live events and bookings. The app is easy to use and makes finding talent and organizing shows so much simpler. Everything is in one place, from scheduling to messaging, which saves a ton of time. It’s really helpful whether you’re an artist, a venue, or a talent buyer. Definitely recommend it.
