Lacking in the customer service department
I’ve used this app previously with no issues. Because I didn’t have a need to maintain it, I canceled. When the need arose, I signed up again not realizing it was a different email address. Long story short, I’ve been trying to get the account linked to the primary account and have received no response via their customer service email. Every time I try resetting the password, the page is down. This has been going on for over a week.
There are better options out there for this type of service.

Now I use it at all my gigs
Been using this app for a few months now. I get tips every time I use it. The tidal integration is clutch for me, plus the desktop app
Keeps crashing
App is awesome! Tips, less interaction with drunk people during karaoke…BUT for some reason it keeps crashing on me. When I try to put singers in from the actual app and not the website, it just keeps refreshing itself. From the web version it won’t even let me put the singers in. I’m not sure what’s going on, but please fix it ASAP.

So sorry that you experienced this issue. We have made a number of updates of the app since June of 2025 and none of these issues currently exist. Please let us know if you are experiencing any other issues.

What an amazing way to engage your crowd. I do a lot of school dances and this is a game changer. I use ask the Dj But kids never put the songs in correct. No song requests fixes that.
