Worked fine but then stopped

I used this app for a bit after purchasing and it was great I was having a lot of fun but then a few months later I went to use it and when I open the app it just shows a dark grey screen and nothing happens. I have tried restarting my iPad, deleting and redownloading the app, literally everything and it still does not work at all. I am very frustrated as I spent money on this app for it to work once and then not even let me into the actual app now.
