Service issue
I purchased this product nearly a year ago. I have not been able to use it. The screen is locked on waiting for ip address to connect. I cannot get anyone to respond to the problem.

Rein über WLAN null Chance: durch das Rumprobieren war das iPad leer, mit an den Hub zum Laden angeschlossen - zack, verbunden. Hä?!

Pour ceux qui ne savent toujours pas pour utiliser l’application sur téléphone il faut rentrer l’adresse IP qui s’affiche quand on ouvre l’application mobile sur l’application sur ordinateur dans « Contrôleur » puis « Téléphone/tablette »
