Some surveys you cant take because they have a error when you submit when you try contacting someone from support you never get a respond back
Broken surveys and lack of support
App used to work great, but now its basically unusable as the survey is broken and i cant complete it to get anymore new surveys and support has still yet to answer me the numerous times ive put in requests for help fixing the survey
So-So
I was able to do the first 3 surveys and got paid pretty much instantly for them. But after over a month the 4th survey was finally unlocked. But I haven’t got paid for it and don’t know when or if I will get my payment for it. So my opinion of this app right now is 👎. Could possibly change if I ever get paid.
Update: Finally got to do the 5th survey, but still no payments. I’ve emailed support. Again still haven’t heard anything back from them. So I’m dropping it to 1 ⭐️. Cause now I’m owed 2 payments. We’ll see if I ever get. I doubt I do.
Update again: HAHAHA I’m still waiting on a payment from September!!! WOW. But I was able to do 2 more surveys. We’ll see if I ever get my $3 hahaha
Another update: I got paid for two recent surveys I did. But still have not received the one for September. And on my dashboard saying payment request sent 😂😂. If I ever get that payment I’ll update hahaha

Used to be amazing
I’ve had this app for a while and it used to be amazing I ended up deleting it and redownloading it. Well I did three surveys and it’s been almost three days still no payment.
Horrible
I have tried n tried n tried to get help, I can’t claim payments from several previous survey, I can’t take the surveys but it won’t let me have my money. So I’m giving a bad rating until I can get some help with my account
Inconvenient
I saw this app on a social media site and it sounded good. The whole thing is inaccessible to me. It was hard to upload my state ID, take a selfie and to see if after I completed surveys the payments went through.
Easy Money with DXJ
This app pays one dollar per survey. The surveys are about 8 to 10 questions and very simple less than one minute to do. You do have to have Venmo. To get paid. They unlock surveys every 5 to 7 days and when they unlock them, they usually unlock two or three surveys. It’s about Health research and it’s pretty important. That’s why you’re getting paid. They have paid me everything they owed me. In the beginning, the pay was slow, but they have now speeded up the process and you get paid within 48 hours. I would highly recommend this app. You’ll get at least two bucks a week and more later on if you stick with it.

Alwys something wrong with payment
The first time i signed u for this app i loved it , went an worked soo great . And the payments were double , but now alwys have to wait for payment to be accepted an are only a 1$ , dont waste your time on this
Awful as per usual
I made only $3 total from taking the first (3) surveys, it states the locked surveys will become available after( 7) days.
(7)days came and went the surveys were still locked or maybe I just didn’t qualify for them. I don’t recommend unless you’re desperate for $3

Doesn’t work anymore after update
I keep getting notifications that I have a new survey available but when i go in the app there’s nothing there
Can’t take the questions
My app is not working. It has not been working since last month. I can’t take no surveys because they come up, but then I don’t have nothing to take. It’s something wrong with the app. I inbox in my text them and everything they have not responded at all horrible communication to be a professional app.

Started out Perfect
Started out perfect instant payouts 3$ surveys after the surveys went down to 1$ payments are missing can’t get in contact with support and a 5 star app gone to pieces
Unable to open to take survey after upgrade
Yes the red flag should have been when they changed incentives from $3 to $1 but now I’m getting notifications about surveys and the app won’t even open after inputting password
Used to be good
This app was great at first. It paid 3 dollars per survey and cashed out immediately. You could only do like a survey every few weeks though. Then my last 2 or 3 kept giving me an error message with never one single response from support. Then they changed it to a dollar. Eventually the ones I did like a month or more before that didn’t pay paid me a dollar for each one. No more surveys since. Now for the past couple of days I keep getting emails and push messages that more serveys are available. But when I log in there are none. And the ones I did before just disappeared. So nothing available and nothing completed. Hopefully they will get it together since people have shared very personal information on here.

Do not waste your time
So I started by downloading the app and it was three dollars per Survey so I completed the first survey at the three Dollars and I ended up waiting for a long time to even get approved payment which never happened. I then emailed the suppose customer service letting them know that it was a failed payment During the time they changed the payout amount to one dollar so when I finally did receive my payout I ended up only getting one dollar even though I completed the survey during the three dollar timeframe after a couple weeks. They fix it and I got my dollar payout. The app tells you that after you complete the first survey you wait 14 days and you can complete the next survey, but it doesn’t work that way I’ve been trying to unlock my second survey for a month now and still an unable to access it however, I did send a message Customer Service so we’ll see if they respond and unlock the survey if it doesn’t happen I’m gonna end up deleting this app cause it’s not worth it.

I did love it, now I hate it
At first this app was awesome it paid $3 per survey and they paid instantly and I mean like before I could close out the app I already received notification that the $3 hit my Venmo account they only thing I thought was annoying was I’d have 6 surveys on the app waiting to be taken but they kept them locked and would only unlock one at a time and usually it would take 1-2+ weeks before they would unlock one survey but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me I still loved the app it was super simple the surveys were only a few questions and they paid more than most other survey apps. Fast forward later after I’ve completed 6 surveys….. I hate this app I have one survey I’ve completed that is still pending payment and one survey waiting to be done started at 14 days until it unlocked now it says one day in which it has said that for quit some time now like days and weeks!! Customer service is non existing! They give you an email for CS but good luck getting through to them or getting anyone to return your email because they won’t even attempt to answer you I’ve emailed them 3-4 times over two months and nothing they have no CS phone number to call either so is you want a temporary app just to make a couple bucks and then never using it again then this app is for you if you want something long term with good CS - don’t waste your time with I would have never wasted mine!

They don’t email you back and there’s very few times so I actually get paid for the survey
So recently, I got an email about a few hours ago that the pay went down from three dollars to one dollar a survey. I have not gotten paid twice in which Venmo is very consistent. I wouldn’t use this app too much and I wouldn’t depend on them to answer back to any questions
Time I’ll Never Get Back, Storage I Can Recover!!
When I first downloaded the app, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy to answer and brief the surveys were especially for such a high pay ($3). I guess this should have been one of many red flags.
The app is focused on insights into medical conditions, research, and data, which would be fine to a degree if it were totally anonymous. Can you say voluntarily violating your own HIPPA rights?
Moving on, it was nice that Venmo was offered as a payment method, but wait for it….. THEY DONT PAY!!! So Here I am several surveys in, Verified, and only received error messages for each cash out attempt.
You would think okay, reach out to support, but there doesn’t appear to be any as them emails I’ve sent have gone unanswered. The only communication was a notification within the app that surveys would now only be paying $1 vs. the $3 you’re lured in with.
All that being said, definitely download at your own risk. As someone that actually likes these apps to earn while passing time, this was a major waste of time!

Avoid
Retroactively reduce my earnings for each survey from $3 to $1 - surveys that I had already completed and need to claim but am unable to do so. They have all my personal and health info and have essentially stolen from me.
