Constantly having issues with this app!
First, I was having a problem with updating the app. Eventually, that worked fine and I was able to do a couple surveys. Upon completing those surveys I got a notification telling me that it failed to send payment. It also told me to check my account and retry. I checked my My Account account but I didn't see my email address nor did I see how to change it. I contacted Support and haven't heard anything. My Health app show that it was connected on DXJ, but when I went into the Apple Health app itself, it did not show was connected. So I disconnected it from the DXJ app and now I cannot reconnect it. This is really crazy!

Everything about this app sucks!!! Nothing ever works and they were updating their rewards center okay no big deal!!! But it was supposed to be back up and running by the 7th. But just like everything else with this app. The rewards no longer works. And forget about trying to get ahold of support. It doesn’t exist. So if you download this app good luck.
I was able to do the first 3 surveys and got paid pretty much instantly for them. But after over a month the 4th survey was finally unlocked. But I haven’t got paid for it and don’t know when or if I will get my payment for it. So my opinion of this app right now is 👎. Could possibly change if I ever get paid.
Update: Finally got to do the 5th survey, but still no payments. I’ve emailed support. Again still haven’t heard anything back from them. So I’m dropping it to 1 ⭐️. Cause now I’m owed 2 payments. We’ll see if I ever get. I doubt I do.
Update again: HAHAHA I’m still waiting on a payment from September!!! WOW. But I was able to do 2 more surveys. We’ll see if I ever get my $3 hahaha
Another update: I got paid for two recent surveys I did. But still have not received the one for September. And on my dashboard saying payment request sent 😂😂. If I ever get that payment I’ll update hahaha
Another update. I have like 4 payments requested and it’s been over a week now. I doubt I’ll get that money for doing these surveys. Go figure. Do NOT waste your time with this app cause you will not get paid.

Some surveys you cant take because they have a error when you submit when you try contacting someone from support you never get a respond back
Broken surveys and lack of support
App used to work great, but now its basically unusable as the survey is broken and i cant complete it to get anymore new surveys and support has still yet to answer me the numerous times ive put in requests for help fixing the survey
