Payment verification

I’ve been trying to get paid for almost 3 months now. When they say they are sending a text message to my registered Venmo account phone number I never receive anything. I’ve contacted the customer service but I’ve yet to receive a response

I’m really excited to be apart of this app but it will no except my ID and I don’t know how to get in contact with support to fix the issue if I ever get to use the app I’ll update my review

You can earn $5 for each survey completed, with an additional $10 bonus for every three consecutive surveys completed for the same medicine. You can earn up to $100 per calendar year for each of up to three medicines, totaling a maximum of $300 annually.
