Won’t Connect to Apple Health
It prompts you to give it access to Apple Health in settings but when you click it and go to settings there’s no option to enable Apple Health.
The app hasn’t been updated in over a year so you’re paying an annual fee for a broken app that seems to have been abandoned. Also my latest lab results aren’t even available so the app seems to be useless.

Don’t bother with this app
Love the ability to see my results instantly however there is ZERO support for the app. Spent better part of 4 hours on hold and being patronized by the overworked employee (sigh). The app and website is fraught with bugs and “your call is important to us” every 30 seconds for 40 mins reinforces just how “important” I am. Too bad because it could be amazing.

Horrible experience. Paid the money and I’ve had multiple sessions of bloodwork done as well as ECG’s. No information ever shows up on my page and when I fill out THE ONLY 4 FIELDS ON THE CONTACT IS PAGE, it says “Oops, please fill out form correctly”. What a waste of time. Don’t use this app.
Terrible App - Glitches
Tried to “renew” membership multiple times. I’d receive an email stating how to renew, step by step. I was in auto-renewal and somehow that was removed. The steps they provide, the options aren’t available on the app! I finally received a link after the membership expired - still won’t work. I tried to send a message under the chat options, message won’t send. Worst app ever.

They told me the results will be out in 24-72 hours and it had been 168 hours (7 days ) and my results it is still pending!!

Paid to see my results and it’s been two weeks and nothing is posted. I put in two inquiries with support now and no response to either of them. Can’t even get help for what I paid for. Will probably need to dispute the charge with my bank.

Website has its own issues, it says your lab pdf is ready but when you click on it there is no results. Good luck calling them they let you wait 2 hours on call and say results should appear in 1 hour. Guess what after 1 hour same thing happening, again call then and wait 2 hours get hold of somebody and leads you with no answer

Should be able to transfer data to my health account on Apple. Has no integration capability.
Paying for nothing
The service isn’t available in Manitoba and yet they deliberately “forget” to put it while you’re signing up. When I try to unsubscribe, there’s no option to do so. So, for two years I’m paying for nothing as they don’t even respond to the emails.
$10 a year and immediate block if you cancel
I paid $10 yesterday. I cancelled my yearly subscription so I’m not charge automatically next year and they immediately kicked me out and won’t allow me back in even though I paid until September 2026!

Worst worst worst company worst service.
It’s been a month I am calling for my blood test results no one will ever pick the call maximum time I have waited for 2 hours on call also even if you download this dead app nothing will pop up. Refund my money I will never ever use this service .
