Data unavailable frequently and takes weeks to get fixed????
Amateur coding, terrible execution of app’s main, basic function.
This app is horrific. Like other reviewers, I’ve found it difficult, time consuming, and non-intuitive to use. I always run into bugs with the program. For example, the app currently states that an update is available. But when I click on “Update,” it opens the App Store, then when I click on “Open,” anticipating the update to start, it just switches back to the Dynafios app, where I click “Update” again, and the whole thing just repeats. It’s been like this for weeks.
And all of this is considering how basic of a function the app actually provides. It’s essentially a calendar where the user enters a number (hours worked) for days out of the month, then hits “submit.” That’s it. Why is that so hard for this app to capture? Amateur coding and disinterested ownership is the only explanation that makes any sense at this point.
Any hospital considering this app should stay away. It’s complete garbage.
