This app only works correctly on the latest versions of iOS or iPadOS. However, if you see the content doesn't fit your screen (macOS?) or you have difficulty to scroll, try read it from the email by sending an email results to yourself. Thanks for telling us your using experience.

In evaluating a refinance decision, this calculator helped us determine it made financial sense to do so. The app is exactly what I would want to write in Excel but in a much handier app format!

Every time interest rates fall, people rush to refinance their home loans but how many people actually take the time to figure out if and how refinancing will save them money? The Dynamic Refi Calculator does exactly that. All the important comparisons between the original and replacement loan are clearly shown in the graph and summary. With this app it is really easy to see the differences in the total interest paid and monthly payments along with the time it will take to recoup the replacement loan’s closing costs. Adjustments to the loan details can be made quickly - which is great when comparing loans from multiple lenders - and you can even email the results for later use.
