Terrible to use
Always crashes and freezes. Have to close app and re open whenever switching between pages or going back to menu. Wish I didn’t need to use this app for work.
Good but needs a lot more work
The UI needs to be improved on a mobile devices to be user friendly. Needs push notifications for approvals or anything requiring user input to be useful. Remember this is a mobile and tablet app the mobile app is on the go functions and needs to facilitate quick and easy approvals, purchase orders so on the things you’re actually going to do on a mobile. PLEASE IMPROVE APPROVALS AND BRING PUSH NOTIFICATIONS FOR APPROVALS

Actually love this app
Unbelievable that Microsoft went as far to expose all their APIs, tables, etc on this APP. I’m able to open POs and open SOs pretty easy. To give a vendor a new PO # in real time when not at my PC.
Ok App
I used this app to be able to create and send documents from the app while I’m on the road, unfortunately pdfs are failing to generate. For instance I have a sales order and I want to print the pdf work order and send to employee, it will not generate. Instead the document shows: SignIn and is a JSON formatted blank file.

Fantastic Mobile Option
This app is seriously comprehensive for a mobile option and works seamlessly with the desktop version. For what I use it for I couldn’t ask for more.
One of the Worst
I’ve come across some terrible apps in my time, but this one makes it to my worst three list.
Trying to do an expense report on the go (on my iPhone 16 Pro Max). I went through the trouble of creating a PDF of my flight receipt thinking I could submit it through iOS. This app only allows you to take a photo of an animate object. In other words, I would need to have a physical copy of the receipt, in my hand, and use the camera on my phone to snap a pic. I suppose these guys who built the app forgot to add a “feature” that allows you to upload a file from iCloud (Files app) or simply to choose an existing photo in your Library.
The incompetence with these devs is unconscionable. Yet, because this app’s customer is my employer, I’m sure this ignorance will continue until their customers (HR offices) complain. What do we (actual users) know?

Really BAD, but slightly more convenient than web.
This app still does not support Dark theme on iPadOS, going on the better part of a year now. The iOS FINALLY updated sometime very late/end of 2024. Yet, the iPadOS version still does NOT, typical M$ complacency. I use the app because it is slightly more convenient than using the web-interface. However, literally every other time keeping service/app is better. My personal favorite is ADP, intuitive and can save and submit without having to closing an entire timesheet. I do understand from Payroll/Accounting that the integration is tighter and more convenient than others.

Not Compatible with IOS18.3?
Since getting my new iPhone 16 running IOS18.3 this app crashes when opened.

Not useable
Can open the app but can’t do timesheet. The screen has titles of the tasks but no body of the app shows.
Archaic
This looks like it came from 1980’s. It’s crazy how a company as big as Microsoft continuously puts out such horrible products. There is no way we would get employees to adopt this garbage.
Doesn’t work for timesheets
My company uses this program/website for our timesheets. When I try to sign into the app it says I have no license and boots me out of sign on. No idea if that is my companies implementation or built in problem. But either way I can’t use the app. And also the mobile website version is terrible and unusable on a iPhone.

Have to login every time
So frustrating, every time I go to use the app I have to enter my email address - please change to allow for quicker access.
Search
Gave this app one star because it is not user friendly nor phone friendly. The application needs a Search instead of relying on your bookmarks on the web application.
Not recognised as an MS app
Any company using Intune App Protection Policy will have issues with this as the app itself is not listed on the MS App Protection Policy list!
Basic functions only
I have to log onto the browser function to do certain tasks. Defeats the purpose of having an app
List Parts close for no reason
If you touch a blocked empty field in the timesheets line the timesheet close and it takes you back to timesheets list page.
It works but UI is not good for phone
UI should be optimized for smart phones
Needs update
When are we going to see an update? A lot of functions are missing compared to the desktop version.
