Freezes all the time, utterly useless
Why
It’s a terrible app, lacks functionality and doesn’t work, it reads receipts incorrectly and there is no way to update the input, submit expenses and no one else can see them to get the approved, I now have over £1000 unpaid expenses and it’s almost impossible to track what has and has not been paid without keeping a separate spreadsheet. Don’t force this on your employees it’s not good in any way

Terrible user experience
This app is an absolute slog to use and very poorly designed. Icons that aren’t clear without text, weird patterns for navigation. Never thought I’d miss the concur app.
