Very easy to use
A great app to quickly upload or capture expenses on my corporate credit card.
Log in 7 times and still suffer
So buggy, slow loading time, logging in is the biggest problem, takes several attempts for no reason.
Frustrating
Lost receipts that I had recorded in the app. Should scan the receipt rather than taking a photo. If notes can do that, this app should too we pay enough money for its use. Takes forever to open once you click on the app. I have to wait ages for the app to be ready for me to take the photo. Much quicker to use notes and email myself the PDFs to upload on the web portal instead (which is also frustrating to use)

Some strange UI/UX choices. It’s slow loading and reacting, that on a 13 Pro
Awful
Awful. Continually crashes and then tells me I’m not recognised on the system when I was literally half way through completing an expenses claim.
Needs Microsoft to create an account
A company I rarely work with has switched to this.
I can only sign in with Microsoft which I don’t want to do. It’s a shame I can’t create my own account.

New version launched without user guide
A new version of the app was launched, with a significantly changed User Interface and none of the online user guides or training videos have been updated. This means all of our internal users are now reliant on us creating bespoke re-training internally. Not very customer centric.
Poor interface
App doesn’t let you change country once selected, meaning if you have the wrong value then you can’t submit an expense
A bit buggy
My company switched to this for expenses and when I started using it adding expenses was easy. When it came time to submit a report the app failed. It highlighted an expenses that was not right. When I clicked into it all fields were ok. More tries at submitting failed. In the end had to delete that expense and re-enter it. This happened to me twice in 2 weeks. Not enjoying it.

Issues
This app works pretty well. My company selected it for our expenses. My issues are that periodically logs me out. Even after setting up my pin and face I d. Kinda annoying.
