Love their clothes, but if you want to save money, download the app. It’s so terrible that you wouldn’t be able to checkout
Very Glitchy
This app is very glitchy it always logs me out and forgets my user account and also completely wipes my favourite list every few weeks it’s so frustrating!!!
I hate this app.
The garage and dynamite apps are the worse apps I’ve ever used. I’ve had an account since 2018 and every week I have to update it and log in again, just for it to give me an error 50% of the time??? Trying to add to my cart right now and it just keeps saying it’s unable to process my request. Brother I’m trying to spend MONEY. mind you I worked for this miserable company for 5 years and they are psychotic about us getting the customers to download the app JUST FOR IT TO NEVER WORK. but then it’s my fault that the customers don’t want to reset their password or make another account every time they come in, because they’re locked out or it isn’t working RIIIIIIIIIGHT!!! If I could rate it 0 stars I’d rate it -10.

Fallen Out of Love With The Store
I used to love dynamite so much, but since this new makeover they've given their app or rebranding, I’ve fallen out of love. I’ve probably spent thousands of dollars at this store, and when they rebranded, they launched a new points program, and none of the loyalty from before was ever taken into account. It made me want to shop there less. I withheld reviewing this aspect because I didn’t want to seem petty, but now that their app makes everything so much harder, I figured I’d lay it all out there.
When you try to view a product's reviews, they don’t let you read the full reviews or view the pictures people upload of the product. It makes it hard to know what people actually think, and honestly, it makes me not want to buy a product without knowing what others are reviewing it as.

Glitchy order
I would avoid ordering through the app, better yet I would avoid ordering from dynamite at all. Their glitchy app omitted part of my address when I was checking out and now my package is missing and they will not help me, even though it’s their app that’s messed up my address.

Review pictures
I love dynamites style of clothing, but the app is dysfunctional in a way. I can’t view pictures on reviews for clothing which really helps when you’re trying to find your right size. Also the model sizes are nice to have and those were taken off.

Constant bugs, not reliable, do not recommend putting your personal information in this app!
New update sucks
The new update is really bad!! The app is slow, t image of the items are blurry. Also when reading the reviews, you can't click on any of the images to see the images reviewers leave. Everytime I try to shop on the app, I just leave the app because nothing works well
Bug with Reviews section
An update must have happened at some point that introduced a bug for the Reviews section on each item. Many of the longer reviews’ text is cut off and there is no way to expand the review for some. Some reviews have an “Read more” option that sometimes doesn’t even show the full review. The images posted of items no longer expands so you can only see a thumbnail image which is not helpful.

New updated app sucks
Super slow, laggy and some of the functions and buttons don’t even work. Gave up on attempting to buy something because it was so slow.
Constant technical issues
Ever since they updated their app a couple months back, it's been full of bugs and technical issues.

L’application devrait être optimisée pour la fluidité du magasinage. En plus les photos sont tellement floues quand on est sur les pages pour « scroller » à travers les vêtements. Elles sont correct quand on clique sur le vetement pour le voir en plus gros mais sinon la qualité des images est horrible.

The new update is horrible. App crashes constantly and layout is very weird.
Disappointed in the Update
The older version wasn’t amazing either (slow, glitchy, freezing and crashing) but this new update is exactly that but worse. Also am I the only one who can’t zoom in on products anymore? The delay is so frustrating.
Can’t login on app
I can login to my account on my computer and on the garage app however, after this new update I can’t login to my account on the dynamite app.

App doesn’t stay logged in
Something is wrong with your app, everyday it makes me sign back in… kinda annoying because I like to save things and then the next morning or night I’m logged back out and the things I had in my bag aren’t there ect
App Update
