No Response, Very Frustrating
Very disappointing experience. I sent multiple messages but received no response at all. It feels like there is no customer support. This is very frustrating, especially when dealing with important documents. The app needs serious improvement in communication and responsiveness. I do not recommend using this app until they fix these issues.

App is not working per user expectation.
I was excited to try this app because it looks very well-designed and visually appealing. However, it seems like it may have been launched too early and still has some serious bugs.
I was unable to complete the identity verification process. The app could not properly capture the front and back of my government ID the camera was moving too quickly to take a clear image. Additionally, the selfie verification did not work at all.
I hope the developers take the time to review and fix these important issues, as smooth identity verification is critical for user trust and usability. It would also be great if you could add support for more languages to make the app accessible to a wider audience.
