اول در ویب سایت رجستر کردم و همه چیز تکمیل ولی نه پاسپورتم را درست کردن و نه دیگر ای میل را جواب دادن و پاسپورتم را هم قید کردن بالای شات اتماد نکنید هم پول شما خرچ میشود هم وقت هم کار تان نمیکنند به دل خود هستند مثل سفارت شان

زه ډیر منندوۍ یم چې د افغانستان قونسلې خدمات په آنلاین بڼه تر سره کیږې، دا د خلکو لپاره یو تر ټولو غوره لار ده چې په ډیرې آسانۍ سره کولۍ شې یواځې په څو شیبو کې پاسپورت غوښتنه ولیګې او د څو اونیو په ترځ کی یې تر لاسه کړې، زه خپله دا لاره کاروم او ډیره بریالۍ ده.

No Response, Very Frustrating
Very disappointing experience. I sent multiple messages but received no response at all. It feels like there is no customer support. This is very frustrating, especially when dealing with important documents. The app needs serious improvement in communication and responsiveness. I do not recommend using this app until they fix these issues.

Afghan visa application?
I don’t see the Afghanistan visa application option. I only see passport application services.
App is not working per user expectation.
I was excited to try this app because it looks very well-designed and visually appealing. However, it seems like it may have been launched too early and still has some serious bugs.
I was unable to complete the identity verification process. The app could not properly capture the front and back of my government ID the camera was moving too quickly to take a clear image. Additionally, the selfie verification did not work at all.
I hope the developers take the time to review and fix these important issues, as smooth identity verification is critical for user trust and usability. It would also be great if you could add support for more languages to make the app accessible to a wider audience.
