The app won’t load at all. It’s worthless. The last update was a year ago?? WTAF???!
I can’t even use it
I’ve downloaded this app and I can’t even use it, it doesn’t get past the loading page. Is this a glitch or what’s going on?
Does not load
I use this app very frequently as I walk around my neighborhood. I always got quick responses and never had any issues. However, this new update is not working. When I try to open it, it stays on the loading screen and I can’t go any further. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. Same result. Please help, until this last update this app was great. It needs to be great again.

Can’t select report type
Terrible app. It’s required to select a report type but all I get is a blank page and can’t ever submit a request. Tried customer service but no response.

Hard to use, time consuming, and I have a phone service to block apps, email, text messages such as this. The App might be convenient to city employees but it is not at all useful to citizens. I could have taken several pictures of the on-going Code enforcement Problem and emailed it directly to Chris at Eastvale code enhancement but I am still trying to sign into the App after one hour of trying. This app is ONLY for the convenience of city employees because they DON‘T WANT TO BE BOTHERED WITH ENFORCING CODES THEY HAVE ESTABLISHED. I will NOT use this. I did notice that it only has a 2.? rating so others don’t think much of it either. Just one more example of Eastvale City NOT being available to its citizens - City Hall has few hours when they are open, they don’t answer calls when they are open, closed all day every Friday and using Covid as excuse, citizens always have to „leave a message“ to get ahold of someone and then wait ONE WEEK to get a call back because they don’t see the call as „important“. Maybe if their job was up to be vacated they might then think it is „important.“ We have NO CODE ENFORCEMENT IN EASTVALE because enforcing the codes and laws of Eastvale is NOT IMPORTANT!!!!!!!

Not responsive
App is horrible and does not respond. Works 1 out of every 10 times. No support from the developer. Guess I’ll be blowing up their phones at the city since they can’t make the app work.

Hard to use
I hate that you have to use a map to pinpoint where the problem is. I tried to pinpoint a spot on the side of the road but every time I tapped the location on the map, it would bring up a house address for the house behind the location. It was a city sidewalk on the main street, not a house. Also, if I pass by the location where the problem was while I’m driving and then once I get home I have to try and scroll through the map to try and find that location. I don’t like it at all.

Takes forever to load and crashes
The Newest update has been nothing but problems. Takes forever for the screens to load and when you try and view your recent request the app crashes.
Extremely slow/sometimes doesn’t work
Used to work great until the last update. Now leaves you on the loading screen for 2+ minutes

The worst of all the issue reporting app. When I got a response. "Could not verify the address for report number 22907 ". I have no idea what the address is and what issue I reported. The app does not allow me to go back to the report to edit or update my report Thus I have to report the same house a four to six times this creat more Woek for me and the city. Since the app allows reporting issues without pictures why I would receive "could not verify the address ". Notice This is the worst app compare to seeclickfix and Anaheim onterio and chino hills and chino

Great app! And the response time is amazing. I will often report graffiti in the morning and it is cleaned up within a few hours. The app is easy and quick to use. It takes just a minute to place an incident report. A great way to keep your community looking good.
Really responsive and very easy to use
I wanted to report some graffiti can across at our local dog park. I pulled over, opened the app, snapped a photo, chose "graffiti-public property" and hit "send." The graffiti was gone within 48 hours and I was notified via the app the complaint was taken care of and closed.

App missing info
The app says it would have link for social media and bill pay system, both are missing, otherwise good way to report city problems
Great app for reporting to the city
Use it many times, great response from the city, special when come to graffiti report, city seems to take care immediately

This app is an awesome step forward for our city. Need to promote it more so more Eastvale residents can use and be aware of it 👍👍
