Always locked out

The username/password screen is so touchy. I cant save my password or use faceid. The app always locks me out, requiring a phone call to the bank to unlock it. Ive got 4 other bank apps on my phone. Ive NEVER had a problem with any of those other apps. Only this one. C’mon First Nat’l Bank!

Review

As a business owner, it is very important for me to write the invoice number or any other information. The vendor might need in the memo box. I have asked several times about this, and there is no memo box to write any information in!

Very good

Face ID is broken

Face ID is not working. Every time I try to log in with it, it tells me that I first need to manually enter my password to enable Face ID. I do that and then turn Face ID on, in the settings. Next time I log in, same thing all over again.

UPDATE: If I delete and reinstall the app, Face ID works again. But, only for a period of time, then I have to do it all over again. Frustrating.
