Shitiest Food Delivery Service in Bangladesh
I didn’t receive my food after waiting for almost 2 hours. I have already made a bkash payment. When I called the delivery guy, he said, he is at home. He didn’t even went to pick up my order and he thinks he is offline.
Please explain to me what kind of service this is? For your kind information, this was my very first order and maybe the last.
For refund I had to call the hotline twice and they said it will take 5-30 Days to get my refund. I don’t even understand how this company is even surviving in the market with this kind of reputation.

Waste of time and money
App crashing on simple orders. Worthless. Max order is 3500 taka which is barely enough for my family. No cash on delivery?! What kind of customer service is that? Oh, and no contact methods in the app for feedback or questions. Use FoodPanda or Pathao or something else and don’t waste your time with this app.

In your every application (developed by evaly) search doesn’t work well. If someone misspells a word by a single character it can’t recognise. Please improve this searching.
My Suggestion (as being a Software Engineer): For this kind of feature most of the application use different string similarity algorithms like Jaro Winkler, Levenshtein distance with a threshold value. Please try to incorporate these with searching.
Always appropriate how rapidly your engineering teams develops application. Best of luck!!
