Disappointing experience
The customer service called us after we placed the order to confirm it and informed us that delivery would take around 40–45 minutes. However, the food ended up taking almost 2 and a half hours to arrive. We tried calling them multiple times in between, but they couldn’t even bother picking up the calls. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, and now my friend is having gastric issues. Really disappointing experience. Sad life.

You have to download the app to find out this system is only available in Bangladesh. Scamming for the install counts I guess idk any other reason why they don’t put the word “Bangladesh” anywhere when that’s literally the only place on the planet they serve
Worst Customer Service
Their customer service is pathetic. Whenever you go for a chat it always shows we are away. And as a customer when I called 2-4 times to make sure by myself if the order was confirmed or not but no one picked up the call. After some time they called back and pretended like nothing happened. Please improve your customer service

Useless food delivery app
I mean bhai apnara app er name e lagaisen late night delivery but never have i ever gotten late night text support. And its been 45 mins since i ordered rn and no one is receiving my call. Idk if im gonna starve tonight.
