Terrible
This app is the worst, terrible delivery times having to wait 2+ hrs. Customer service uneducated. Do not waste your time with this app just wait till restaurants are open during normal business hours to use other more resolve food apps.

So bad!
Disappointing experience
The customer service called us after we placed the order to confirm it and informed us that delivery would take around 40–45 minutes. However, the food ended up taking almost 2 and a half hours to arrive. We tried calling them multiple times in between, but they couldn’t even bother picking up the calls. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, and now my friend is having gastric issues. Really disappointing experience. Sad life.

Waste of time
You have to download the app to find out this system is only available in Bangladesh. Scamming for the install counts I guess idk any other reason why they don’t put the word “Bangladesh” anywhere when that’s literally the only place on the planet they serve
