Disappointing experience
The customer service called us after we placed the order to confirm it and informed us that delivery would take around 40–45 minutes. However, the food ended up taking almost 2 and a half hours to arrive. We tried calling them multiple times in between, but they couldn’t even bother picking up the calls. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, and now my friend is having gastric issues. Really disappointing experience. Sad life.

You have to download the app to find out this system is only available in Bangladesh. Scamming for the install counts I guess idk any other reason why they don’t put the word “Bangladesh” anywhere when that’s literally the only place on the planet they serve

Their customer service is pathetic. Whenever you go for a chat it always shows we are away. And as a customer when I called 2-4 times to make sure by myself if the order was confirmed or not but no one picked up the call. After some time they called back and pretended like nothing happened. Useless food delivery app
I mean bhai apnara app er name e lagaisen late night delivery but never have i ever gotten late night text support. And its been 45 mins since i ordered rn and no one is receiving my call. Idk if im gonna starve tonight.

I ordered food at 4 AM thinking I’d enjoy a warm, comforting meal before starting my day.
But Munchies had other plans.
The food arrived at 7 AM. YES, 3 HOURS LATER.
By then, I wasn’t hungry anymore—I was furious, exhausted, and deeply disappointed.
The food? Cold. Lifeless. Like my faith in this app.
And the delivery guy casually said, “Ami ektai delivery man, puro Dhaka ami delivery dichhi.”
Is this a food delivery app or a solo mission?
AND THEN CAME THE REAL NIGHTMARE.
I paid through bKash, the money got deducted instantly, but the app showed “payment failed.”
My heart dropped. I thought I just got scammed at 4 in the morning.
After restarting the app, the order finally appeared—but that moment of panic? Unforgettable.
And don’t even get me started on customer service.
Messaged them in the app—“We’re away”
Called their number—music plays, no one picks up.
They called back 15 minutes later as if nothing happened.
Where’s the professionalism? Where’s the accountability?
Honestly, never again. I wouldn’t recommend Munchies even to my worst enemy.
Use this app if you like cold food, emotional damage, and zero support.

The customer service us awful. My messages are not even sent and they don’t respond to the given number. Order cancellation is extremely frustrating.
