I made a purchase on 12/7/25 for $80.33. The food never arrived and I contacted them immediately. I sent them a screenshot of the order with the charges and also a separate screenshot with how much my bank account paid. Today is 12/28/25 and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I even sent them an email and have been ignored. I contacted the restaurant and they claimed they never received the order nor the payment. They also told me that Munchies doesn’t pay them until food has been delivered successfully. Hopefully they care enough to read this review and reach out to me. Perhaps someone can look at all of my previous chats and photos. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. AT ALL.

No refund de ordenes incompletas
Recibí una orden incompleta y nunca me hicieron refund. A pesar de dar seguimiento en el chat, te ignoran. Sin embargo una vez tuve problemas con su sistema pagando una orden y me respondieron y resolvieron en segundos, pero para refund te ignoran.

Se tardan en entregar. No te dejan cancelar y no te devuelven el dinero. Cobran hasta 30 dólares por un delivery de una orden de Bk
