Long and inconvenient

I understand that this app is made for security but I need to make really tons of some steps before I could just open my wallet..

FAQ

What is E-num and how does it work?

E-num is a security system that provides high-level authentication. It works by storing your secret access key on your mobile phone, eliminating the need for complex passwords. The authorization process involves entering your email on a website to receive a challenge value, which you then input into the E-num app on your phone. The app generates a number-answer that you use to gain access.

What are the main advantages of using E-num?

The key advantages of E-num include its efficiency and economy. It doesn't require an additional authorizing server, as all necessary information is stored in the E-num database. Your secret access key is stored on your mobile phone, making it safe from Trojan horses and other harmful programs, and you don't need to memorize complicated passwords.

Is E-num free to use?

Based on the provided information, E-num is offered as a free application. There are no mentions of subscription fees, in-app purchases, or advertisements, suggesting it is a free service for users.

What kind of mobile phones are compatible with E-num?

E-num is designed to work with Java-compatible mobile phones. The application includes an embedded unique cipherpad for mobile phones, allowing users to get authorized at websites integrated with the E-NUM system.

How does E-num enhance security compared to traditional passwords?

E-num enhances security by storing your secret access key on your mobile phone rather than on your computer, which is vulnerable to malware. The challenge-response authorization model also adds a layer of security, and the key cannot be damaged or modified by harmful programs, providing a more robust protection than simple password systems.
