Love this app and service!

Have been a customer for a few years now and the service and continued improvement on the app. Clean and does what it says on the tin.

Support is responsive and moving my company addresses now to this service.

App problems

Once installed the app asks to verify which I have done but next the app will not function from the X button on the top right corner so you have to close the app and start again

Irritating auto log out

Nice app but massively irritating that it keeps logging itself out, thereby preventing notifications and requiring manual login again and sending of the OTP via email. Please please please stop auto log out!!! Also please enable relogin with faceid that does not need the email OTP. Further, why won’t you text OTP to European phones? I should have thought a large part of your customer base is outside the U.K.? Please fix this.
