Still happy after 3 years
Been an extremely useful service. I’ve been living in Thailand and being able to get tax documents and statements seamlessly makes my life easier. I just got the iPhone upgrade and I’ll be able to do everything from my phone. Good service, good pricing, thanks.
Service is good, app is bad
The app is really only good for notifying you that you have mail. You can’t even zoom on the images from the app. For anything more than notifications or requesting a scan, you have to log into the website. Pretty lame.
Now the app crashes when trying to download content. It really needs an update.

2025 Not An Useful App
I’ve had the service since 2020. The app is very vague and not too useful. There truly nothing to it. It doesn’t allow to request you items to be mailed to you. It doesn’t notify you when new mail has arrived [even after toggling the feature on]. The interface is bland. I came to get an update or something. But there is nothing here. We’re in 2025 and technology has grown so much. My gosh we have robots in the USA and flying car in Japan. Please upgrade the app!
