Still happy after 3 years
Been an extremely useful service. Iāve been living in Thailand and being able to get tax documents and statements seamlessly makes my life easier. I just got the iPhone upgrade and Iāll be able to do everything from my phone. Good service, good pricing, thanks.

The app is really only good for notifying you that you have mail. You canāt even zoom on the images from the app. For anything more than notifications or requesting a scan, you have to log into the website. Pretty lame.

2025 Not An Useful App
Iāve had the service since 2020. The app is very vague and not too useful. There truly nothing to it. It doesnāt allow to request you items to be mailed to you. It doesnāt notify you when new mail has arrived [even after toggling the feature on]. The interface is bland. I came to get an update or something. But there is nothing here. Weāre in 2025 and technology has grown so much. My gosh we have robots in the USA and flying car in Japan. Please upgrade the app!

Good Customer Service
The support agents are very helpful. The app needs updates and a lot more features. Being able to have 2 accounts would be nice. Access to billing, everything available from a desktop, etc.
Canāt even open the app!
I am a new subscriber to PhysicalAddress. While I am enjoying the convenience of the virtual address service, I canāt say the same of the app. Firstly itās a bare bones app. Today I find out I canāt even launch the app - It quits before it gets to the login screen!. Developer : please pay more, active attention to the development and quality. This is not creating a better impression or reputation for the business.

App does nothing but crash, needs fixing. Has not been updated in 4 years.
The app does nothing but crash. Will not open since ios 18.1. It was very minimal to begin with, but it gave you a look at your inbox which was helpful. Developers need to fix the ASAP thereās no excuse for not updating four years. Especially now that itās completely broken.

I guess this app works on pre-iOS 15, because it now only works on my iPhone 6+, which is like 12 years old. The app hasnāt had update for 4 years.
I still love the company, their service is outstanding, but it would be even better if they either upgrade their app or just remove it from the app store altogether.

Completely useless app
I chose this company because of their addresses and competitive prices but was shocked to see their app completely useless and had to use the website. You can see who the mail is from and that is it. Now I see the app hasnāt been updated for 4 years and honestly it feels like the app was made in 2008.

Very limited in app
You need to use the website for everything except check your inbox and what to do with those items. The website company as a whole is great the app needs work.
Terrible service.

Feature Request: add forwarding to this mobile. That's literally the only reason I ever log into the web UI.

No Request pickup
How come I canāt request pickup in the app?

After many tries by phone, not one time did anyone pick up. Giving them access to a credit card is inadvisable. ššš
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Omg- Iām so disgusted with the service I just received today! Iām sure this is a small business so the young lady other than Jamie was HIGHLY RUDE. I called for assistance with the Ps 1583. After getting a Welcome call last week from a guy-Iāve been attempting to get my form notarized. My bank is an hour away- during a pandemic 90% of notaries here are CLOSED (to the rep-GOOGLE THAT). Finally I found one before she was headed on vacation. Thereās no clear instructions on how to complete the form or whatās needed. So I called as they say āweāre here to supportā right, WRONG!! The notary tells Jaime she canāt put her seal on there Bc thereās NO BOX. (I drove 15 mins to her). Now Iām on hold with Jamie and another girl jumps on so I HAVE TO REPEAT MYSELF. She tells me āIāve had plenty of people in NC complete this so this sounds like a PERSONAL PROBLEMā. Excuse ME!!! Wow- the notary apologized to me for HER. She doesnāt even know her. My question simply was would authorization and verification be sufficient with the notaryās signature. FINALLY I GOT A YES AFTER 12 mins of my time waisted by a RUDE person. THEY DONāT EVEN SAY HOW TOO UPLOAD THE FORM TO THEM. Will I recommend- absolutely not. Donāt be fooled by the initial phone call. When you need REAL ASSISTANCE-theyāll get real nasty.

Never had a problem!! They we even open on Sunday ā¦so if you have a issue A REALHuman is there to solve your issue and not a blasted machine recording!!!The customer service is superior in that recently I had a billing issue because I lost my card and canceled it and forgot to update the system and they sent a friendly note saying that there were some issues with the standing card on fileAnd to look into it whenever I get a chance. It was that whenever you get a chance part for me that won me over!!!!Low-cost an amazing services with superior customer service I canāt stress that enough!!!

Absolutely and highly recommend!
I found this website while surfing the web for a virtual address. This business provides low cost service but the service is amazing! When you sign up with them, they send an email and call you with a welcome message. Then you sign a document to either allow or not allow them to open your mail so you able to see what it is. I recently had a situation where I wrote the address wrong on a package I was mailing out because I have a business, so the box was going to be sent to the virtual address instead of my home address. I sent them an email, asking how to get the box sent to my home address because I live in NY and my address is in Idaho. They kindly sent me an email, explaining what to do. When the box was received by them, I went on the website, followed the forward mail procedures for the box to mailed me to, they charged my account (each wasnāt expensive either!), and the box is on its way to me right now. I had no idea what my experience would and I was nervous, but this business has been so helpful and there customer service is so responsive. I highly recommend using this website, even if I didnāt have a business, I would just use them for personal reasons as well.
