App problems
Once installed the app asks to verify which I have done but next the app will not function from the X button on the top right corner so you have to close the app and start again
Irritating auto log out
Nice app but massively irritating that it keeps logging itself out, thereby preventing notifications and requiring manual login again and sending of the OTP via email. Please please please stop auto log out!!! Also please enable relogin with faceid that does not need the email OTP. Further, why won’t you text OTP to European phones? I should have thought a large part of your customer base is outside the U.K.? Please fix this.

Good service
It is a good service for linking up with my rented PO Box. That said, it is a bit pricey. Overall, good enough for the price.
New policy is very unfair
They recently announced a new policy whereby unless you manually delete every item, they’d start to charge a storage fee. They could easily allow you to specify a preference for automatic deletion of items after 30 days however this wouldn’t make them as much money. Very sneaky.

Can’t log in
I can’t log in when I open up the app, it uses ipostalmail.net to log me in but every time I try, it just resets and puts me onto the log in screen again.
I’ll change my review once I can get in and experience the service.

Amazing - post in your pocket
Being able to read and access all of my post from an app is simply amazing to me. I can read my mail and send a letter in response while I’m out and about. Thanks for the update.

I’ve been using UK Postbox for years and this is one of their best updates yet! You can do pretty much everything on here and I’ve been using it for forwarding my mail and it’s much easier having it on my phone. Definitely recommend!
Much better new app but work in progress
I like the new clean and simple design. A few improvements would add a star such as swipe left on emails to delete or archive rather than select then delete then confirm. Also the delete is buggy, app crashes when deleting most emails, so another star lost. Mail section not tested yet. A big improvement!

Appalling
Appalling app. Hasn’t been updated in 5 years. So far behind the times. Always crashes and doesn’t load.
Needs Better Visibility.
Need to have a better viewing feature so that I can scroll through and see my scanned mail more quickly by image. All post in one place not just "new messages". Also need forwarding by email option for scanned post. Plus ability to add own personal notes to scanned mail would be a bonus!

Already an excellent and reliable service and this new feature will make the service even better! I have used UK Postbox for many years, and always impressed with their continued efforts to make the service even better. This new and well designed App will help me to keep in contact with 'snail mail' wherever I am.

Great App, just needs to link to DropBox
This is a great little app on the road to a paperless office. Would get 5-stars if I could export my document to the DropBox app (like some other apps do).
