Not showing any KNPC petrol location in map

I cant fill my petrol through the phone, not a single petrol station is showing, and i added my civil id but when it come to the payment, it say’s my ID doesnt work, the app is lagging and not working, and no one is picking up the customer care call.

Support

The lagging between the transitions from sections to section is annoying and it should be fixed. Other than that everything is perfect!

No remember me option

I have two suggestions for the application

First: no remember me option, i have enter my username and password every time, and it's not supporting the iPhone touch id or face id!

2nd : the minimum amount of recharge my account is 3 kd, while there is no minimum amount in website

KNPC! Answer my inquiry!!!

I installed this application hoping that it will help me making my life easier.. seems that who created this app is been terminated from the company because there is no technical support
Since I downloaded the app I can’t login into it.
I can use the website but also it is hard to understand how it works
Unfortunately I have added KD 50 credit to the application to fill petrol with it. Seems that I lost it for good
I tried instagram, Twitter, direct email and this forum but no one is there to answer me
Shame that a multi billion company has a lousy application and no one to support its customers.
