Very cool app, bought a 6kd eSIM - never arrived. Tried contacting their in-app ticket support and NEVER received a reply in almost 5 months. Eventually messaged their email support who responded very quickly and sent me my QR code. If you need support, email them; donโ€™t use their app support.
