الصراحه انا معاهم من اول ما بلشو اتوقع رقمي للان صارله سنتين تقريباً او سنتين وكم شهر ومن اول ماشريت الرقم شريت وياه باقه ولي يومكم هذا الباقه معاي والرقم معاي ولا اشتكي من اي شي واذا عندك اي مشكله مايقصرون معاك تدق على رقمهم او عن طريقة رسائل ب التطبيق وشكراً.

From the start I was waiting for the improvements but there were none.. the service and the app are getting worse every month

My service at fintas is only one line lte when someone calls me it turns to one line Edge internet is very slow and at 2-4 am no service
Love the app
Like the app a lot. For Kuwait it stands out as the most useful. It’s easy to buy a line and activate it from the comfort of your home. You’re emailed the eSIM’s QR code.
Just be sure to turn on VOLTE in cellular for your calls not to drop.
My major issue is I can’t cancel sim activations if something goes wrong. If they fix that the app would be perfect.
