From the start I was waiting for the improvements but there were none.. the service and the app are getting worse every month

My service at fintas is only one line lte when someone calls me it turns to one line Edge internet is very slow and at 2-4 am no service

Like the app a lot. For Kuwait it stands out as the most useful. Itโs easy to buy a line and activate it from the comfort of your home. Youโre emailed the eSIMโs QR code.
Just be sure to turn on VOLTE in cellular for your calls not to drop.
My major issue is I canโt cancel sim activations if something goes wrong. If they fix that the app would be perfect.

Confusing & not up to par
Missing many stuff and confusing
And if u dont recharge ur line 5 kd everymonth it will be terminated. Why canโt i add validity like the rest of providers? And still no 5g on ios when u kept saying soon more than 1 year ago. Absolute waste of money and manpower on this company.

The best in Kuwait atm
Itโs been 2 months for me using their SIM card and itโs works everywhere perfectly.

App is not working properly every number I chose a message pops saying โ number no longer available โ also payment always fails

Every time I choose any number, it errors out. Doesnโt matter which number I choose, it says the โnumber is not availableโ. Pretty annoying.
