اعطال متكررة كل فترة ويعلق النظام عندهم ، لا انصح بهم اطلاقاً ولا التعامل معهم ، وياخذون ايام يحلون المشكلة
Keeps breaking
Continuous app issues such as inability to top up or change the payment method , previously wrongly charged additional amount, this app needs to be updated to address all issues!
Notification issues
The application is good and has been improved recently.. but there is notification issue it’s always showing that there is 5 notifications but there is nothing in the list .. it annoys please fix it and time soon
Notifications Glitch
The app is perfect, simple and easy.
There seems to be a simple glitch in notifications though, as I always have a sign of 1 unread notification no matter what I do.
Whenever I open up the app the notifications page doesn't open just stuck in loading and the notification number doesn't disappear. I tried sign-out/sign-in, deleted the app and reinstalled it & turned off/on notifications nothing worked the sign of 1 new notification is always there.

They over charging and not responding to emails
Also customer service agent are not helping with issues of overcharging
