Doesn’t exceed expectations
App is not user friendly and cyber doesn’t properly explain how to troubleshoot. Make sure your front tires are locked and break is placed. Make sure you are not placing weight on handlebar. Works fine my 5 stars are for the stroller
Worst Service Imaginable
You buy a stroller, it costs thousands of $$$. The feature is the fact it rocks itself and is controlled by an app. The app is then never updated and becomes obsolete so now you have a $$$$ brick. Thank you very much Cybex!
Disappointed
The app literally never works first time and there is always problem with connection.
Do Not Buy
$2000 dollars for stroller that doesn’t work the app is not user friendly the software update that it says it needs to work won’t update so now I am just sits there. Waste of money
E priam is not working
A stroller is not working at all, it has a full battery, connected to an app but can’t move it at all with this app. Don’t understand it’s a problem with a stroller or with app. Customer service didn’t call me back, didn’t respond on the email. Not supportive - waste of money
