Is this for real
This is singularly the most ridiculous difficult app to use. What should you need? Car registration and your journey and link with payment system. Instead I got this nonsense talking about oca, badge, identifier? What does all this mean. Honestly Poland you need to do way better. After all we’re trying to pay you!!!

Nicht gerade kundenfreundlich !!!
Hallo, das System wirkt leider nicht besonders benutzerfreundlich und scheint eher für technisch versierte Anwender entwickelt worden zu sein. Für normale Wohnmobilnutzer ist die Einrichtung unnötig kompliziert. Zudem sind Englisch- und teilweise Polnischkenntnisse, viel Geduld und eine gewisse Experimentierfreude erforderlich, bis alles läuft. Bei mir hat die Inbetriebnahme etwa vier Stunden gedauert.

Terrible App 2
Nearly impossible to use, completely unreliable, horribly slow in every function & ridiculously complicated…. but no doubt making the Polish government a lot of money in fines from people who are trying to pay the road tolls and trying to use this ridiculous App & failing…. Goodbye Poland - after this experience I’m recommending my clients take their business elsewhere….

Unbelievably difficult to use unable to change vehicle details
Geht’s noch komplizierter?
Die App ist nicht wirklich kompliziert aber der Prozess dahinter bis man elektronisch die Maut bezahlen kann. Man hat vergessen nur noch nach den letzten 12 Stromrechnungen und den letzen 3 Meldebescheinigungen zu fragen - skurriler gehts nicht. Ich habe den Prozess abgebrochen. Nehmt euch als Vorbild einfach mal die österreichische Asfinag - so geht es unkompliziert.
