How can it be this bad? Connection drops out if you blink. When in maintenance mode, my rear mech won’t shift. Deleted and reinstalled. Can’t set up the front mech. No alternative as they’ve gotten rid of the limit screws. Shocking app.

Connects to your bike and that’s about it. No changes will save. I’ve loaded this app on multiple phones and iPads and it’s all the same with no changes actually sticking
Not happy
I got a new bike Wednesday wanted a update as soon as I loaded the app and guess what it bricked the bike having to go back now not a happy customer
This app is the reason to buy SRAM
Super rough Bluetooth compatibility and often doesn’t allows updates. Used across three different phones.
Challenging
Every time you are trying to connect your bike to this app and it’s a mega challenge! It’s crazy what’s you need to make to connect…. and you won’t be connected. It’s like a PC from 90’s
