レビューの低さ見ると改善しかないのに。同じエージェントの複数の担当者からメールが来るのもうざさしない。こんな不便なアプリを推奨するエージェント信用できない。

使いずらい

このアプリがとにかく使いずらいです。
1.通勤中の電車内でメッセージの確認をしたいのに、電波をうまく拾えないのか一向に画面が表示されない。

2.メッセージ内の文章をコピペしようとすると、なぜか過去やり取りした内容全文がコピーされてしまい、ペースト時に余計な労力がかかりました。（この事象は時々起こります。）

せめて1の事象だけでもなんとかならないか？通勤の時間を有効活用できると思ったのに。
